ONLINE  Yoga Teacher Training, Mentoring Retreat 

RainbowLight has been delivering yoga teacher training courses since 2015,  preparing yoga enthusiasts to become yoga professionals. We have over 300 graduates from Europe and all around the world. We are proud to have so many diverse teachers from all backgrounds. Our curriculum comprises  both ancient and modern techniques while  our approach has always been yoga as a spiritual practice. Now, you can join us from anywhere you are in the world and go from yoga enthusiast to yoga professional.

After completing the online self-paced component of the course, students can register for the one week mentorship retreat with me, Sunshine Ross, founder of RainbowLight Yoga. During this week, all classes are live and online to give students the experience closest to an in-person training. You will be interacting with other students and the teacher all through the day Practice yoga and meditation together and learn together as a group.  


This is a 200Hr Foundational Yoga Teacher Training course in the style of hatha-vinyasa-chakra that allows you to register as RYT200 with Yoga Alliance.

  • 8:00-9:30           Yoga Asana Practice

  • 9:30-10:00          break

  • 15:45 - 16:45        workshop 

  • 17:00-18:00        gentle yoga

  • 18:00-18:45         evening yoga practice (gentle yoga, pranayamas, kirtan, chanting)

Foundational Yoga Teacher Training Curriculum Overview

As a graduate of our Yoga Teacher Training (YTT200) Programme, you will be able to register as RYT200 (Registered Yoga Teacher 200hr) with Yoga Alliance. The 200hr Yoga Teacher Training is a foundational training following the core curriculum set by Yoga Allliance.
